1. C.A.H.A rules govern except where amended hereto.
2. Players must be 30 years of age or older as of Oct 1, before the season begins.
3. No body checking (penalty enforced). No Slapshots (offence resluts in face-off in offenders home end).
4. Full face protection required (cage or iTech). Must be CSA approved.
5. Games are played with three 15 minute run-time periods. If the game is within 2 goals, the final 3 minutes of the third period is stop time.
6. Minor offences are served as 3 minute penalties during runtime and 2 minute penalties during stop time.
7. No center red
line; Two line passes are allowed.
- No touch icing.
8. No Fighting. Fighting will result in an automatic 5 game suspension. Second offence is a 10 game suspension.
9. Three minor penalties will result in an automatic ejection from the game. A misconduct at any time will result in an automatic ejection from the game and the player must serve a 1 game suspension.
10. No alcoholic beverages or smoking allowed in dressing rooms
11. Replacement goalies during the playoffs, must be from the GoodTimers league.

- You must play for the team that drafts you.
13. GoodTimers Hockey League Executive reserves the right to revoke playing priviliges at any time for objectionable conduct.
14. Sweaters and Socks must be returned at end of season.
